MAB Általános Befektetési Zrt. founded MAB PSZJMI Kft., its financial, IT, legal and quality check institute in 2009, in order to serve the infrastructural background processes of the Company Group at an appropriate level. 

However, our Company does not exclusively serve the member companies of the MAB Group, but it also assumes an active advisory (primarily accounting and legal) project preparation and management role in related projects.  

Our experts have a professional background from several years to decades. We primarily focus on the efficient professional management of problem- solving, and the aspects of long-term safe growth.   

In the course of our cooperation with our clients, they can participate in decision-making situations, which arise in current projects, by the active monitoring of the processes and result-oriented feedback, with the help of the permanent assessment of situations within the framework of regular SWOT analysis.       

Our primary values are accuracy, professionalism and our full-scope, comprehensive situation assessment ability.  We dedicate a significant amount of time and energy to the full expansion of individual decision-making chains, and to the elaboration of options pertaining to the absolute integration of a particular aspect.   

Our prices are generally higher, but in exchange, we guarantee the professional satisfaction of our clients. Our payment guarantee is at the satisfaction of our client at all times. 

Building blocks of cooperation

• Tailor-made cooperation. By maximising efficiency, we tailor the script of cooperation expressly to the needs of our clients and to the achievement objectives.. Our partners decide for themselves to what extent they wish to be involved in the processes. However, in our opinion, ideal cooperation is primarily based on continuous feedback and regular customer insights into the processes.

• Careful implementation. Following the agreement on the objectives and the drafting of the scope of problems, we jointly determine the roles to be assigned to us, and also what support, we can provide to implement the concepts. The execution method established in the course thereof shall be the code and the basic principle of our cooperation. We consult the client regarding the steps required for cooperation, to which we are also ready to provide suggestions, subject to the demands of our Customer.  This is when we prepare our price quotation and our individual contractual terms as well. Following the conclusion of the agreement, our Customer has no further tasks except as jointly specified by the parties. Of course, we shall not proceed without the consent of our Customer; however, the execution of the assignment shall not require extra efforts or time on behalf of our clients, at the most they shall review partial processes and partial results, based on their own decision.

• Finances between ourselves. In the initial phase of the assignment, and for the works arising during this phase (including the collection of information about the objectives set, any problems, and the basic characteristics of the environment) our Company shall not charge any fees. We consider it to be our obligation to commence a project only once we have sufficient information about it. All additional steps to follow – and where applicable, with costs involved – shall only be undertaken subject to full-scope consensus.

Considering  the confidentiality undertaken regarding our ongoing projects, we shall hereby list the main cases to date of our primary professional activities:

• full-scope screening and evaluation from a professional aspect of mining and industrial projects 

We do not agree with the practice that certain companies display the names of all their former customers as reference, edited into a nice long list of names or logos – irrespective of the quality or the extent of cooperation. If the list of partners of a company is long, that certainly means that they do dispose of appropriate contact establishment abilities.  However, it is much more important that the Customer is satisfied, and that the Customer is satisfied enough to provide assignments on a continuous basis. We cooperate with our partners – and this applies to our entire Company Group – within the framework of a permanent partnership and confidential relation reaching back for years, and very often, decades.  This relationship also includes confidential management of their data, and that we do not display our cooperation on internet pages without their consent.
